Briefly looking at the websites “30 day money back guarantee” I took the risk and purchased. Tried the free trial which failed and it recommended advanced recovery in the paid version (of course it would).
I purchased this software as it promised great potential to fix my iPhone 7 Plus stuck on Apple logo. I want to warn others to not do business with this “company.” They are based out of the US, so I guess they think they can lie and steal and get away with it. If I had know it was (1) a very unstable app and (2) buying it had a download limit on it, I never would have bought it and wasted my money and time. Their horrible app crashed twice and I had to reinstall it again and again on the same computer, and now there are no downloads left. I BOUGHT their app outright so I would have unlimited access to it, rather than only renting it for a month. Their website states “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”, but, obviously, that is a lie. After many emails to them, I finally received a reply today saying my refund request was denied, and they didn’t even give a reason as to why.
